Last updated: July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how WardogsHub collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our website.
1. Data Controller
WardogsHub operates this website. For privacy-related inquiries and general contact, please open a support ticket using the ticket button on the website (requires Discord login).
2. Data We Collect
When you sign in with Discord, we store your Discord ID, username, global display name, and avatar URL. OAuth tokens may be stored for your session. When you submit a support ticket, we also store your message, ticket type, page URL, and the conversation thread. Server logs may include IP address, browser type, and access timestamps.
3. Purpose of Processing
We process your data to provide authentication, support via tickets, personalize your dashboard, maintain platform security, and improve our services.
4. Legal Basis (GDPR)
Processing is based on your consent when logging in via Discord (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in operating a secure community platform (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
5. Third-Party Services
We use Discord for authentication. Data shared with Discord is subject to Discord's Privacy Policy. Hosting and database services (e.g. Railway, PostgreSQL) process data on our behalf as processors.
6. Data Retention
Account and ticket data are retained while your account is active. You can delete your account anytime from the dashboard (except the site owner account). You may also request deletion via a support ticket. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security purposes.
7. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and to object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
8. Cookies & Sessions
We use session cookies required for authentication via Auth.js. These cookies are essential for the operation of the website and are not used for advertising purposes.
9. Security
We implement technical and organizational measures including encrypted connections, server-side validation, parameterized database queries, and access controls to protect your data.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
